We've had a good experience with this clinic overall, and this visit felt more like an off day than the norm. The veterinarian took good care of our puppy, and medically everything went well. The staff was a little disorganized during this visit, with some confusion about pickup time, a longer wait than expected, and our puppy was returned to us soaked in urine with his collar not back on. We hope it was just a one-time situation, because we've otherwise been happy with the care Max has

I really liked the fact that Dr. William remained in the room to perform the examination instead of taking my puppy into the back room to examine him . I think that caused less stress for my puppy, as the dr examined him while giving him attention and making it into a play session. The doctor is very personable and answered all of my questions. As I was basically interviewing him for further care of my pets, I found that he will always be the doctor my pets see, and he is more available to help my pets in a crisis than the so called emergency vets located in Omaha. He is well informed about the specific animal breeds who own me, and he will handle any surgeries my pets may need.Another plus in my opinion is that the office is clean. This “ old fashioned “ type veterinarian is exactly what I have been looking for!

Dr Williams was kind, helpful, and compassionate to us and our sick beardie. We were so thankful that he was open on a holiday and got us in right away!

My daughter's hamster was suffering from an injury he sustained at home. We could tell he was in pain and needed emergency care. It was our first time needing a vet and had no idea where to go. After some google searches we took our beloved hammy to Dr Williams at the PVS clinic located inside Petsmart. Dr Williams and also his assistant were very knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Even though it was a sad experience for my daughters, they showed compassion and were very respectful about our situation. Truly a wonderful vet, Thanks again Dr Williams.
