We are so grateful for the care we received from Dr. Scott and his veterinary clinic during one of the hardest experiences our family has faced. We came to the clinic after what felt like every test in the book trying to figure out what was wrong with our sweet cat, Leo. Dr. Scott took the time to sit with us, explain all of the previous testing in simple, understandable terms, and walk us through Leo’s X-rays. The prognosis was not what we had hoped for, but we were thankful to finally have answers. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Scott was compassionate, patient, and incredibly kind. When it was time to let our little Leo go, he gave us space, allowed our entire family to be present, and treated both Leo and our family with such tenderness and dignity. He was gracious, gentle, efficient, and generous with his time and care. Losing Leo was heartbreaking, but Dr. Scott and his team made the experience as peaceful and healing as it could possibly be. We truly cannot recommend this clinic enough! As one final act of kindness, a sweet card arrived at our home afterward with Leo’s footprints inside. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant more to us than they will ever know. We will forever be grateful for the compassion and care we received during Leo’s final days. Thank you Dr. Scott!

Very disappointed with the customer service while trying to get my dog, Lola, seen for an emergency. I called the clinic over 100 times, and every single time the voicemail stated that the clinic was closed for the evening, despite the website clearly saying they open at 8:00 AM. I also called the Millard West and Elkhorn locations hoping someone could help, but all I was told was that they were fully booked. No guidance, no compassion, and no attempt to help during an urgent situation. Extremely frustrating and upsetting experience when your pet needs medical attention.
