Please update your hours. Your website says your open until 5:30. I showed up at 5:10 and no one was there. I only needed to drop something off. I understand if you want to go home early. Just change your hours accordingly. I'm sad cuz I really like this office.

Very disappointed with the customer service while trying to get my dog, Lola, seen for an emergency. I called the clinic over 100 times, and every single time the voicemail stated that the clinic was closed for the evening, despite the website clearly saying they open at 8:00 AM. I also called the Millard West and Elkhorn locations hoping someone could help, but all I was told was that they were fully booked. No guidance, no compassion, and no attempt to help during an urgent situation. Extremely frustrating and upsetting experience when your pet needs medical attention.

My husband and I are taking our dog on a flight for the first time and wanted to get his distemper Vaccine renewed. The front desk assistant was incredibly helpful and kind. She explained that even if they are unable to accommodate, that there are a few different places I can go to get this done before our flight. She then was able to get me in that Monday following. Thank you so much!
