Our dog was well cared for and Dr. Vinson was very kind making our dog feel at ease. He had a minor cut on his foot and she did a thorough job of making sure he was examined and treated properly.

So deeply grateful for this facility and their talented, caring staff. Rushed our dog in on a holiday weekend thinking he ingested something; turns out he was in very critical condition needing immediate care for a hidden condition we did not know about. The staff stayed long past closing to provide him care, sent us texts and calls throughout the night and morning to keep us updated, treated us with compassion and kindness, and ultimately, saved our sweet boy. We truly felt like he was loved and cared for during some extremely scary moments. THANK YOU, Amy, Dr Edloff and Dr Burr - we are deeply grateful (and Abe missed you already!)

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I brought my lab in for symptoms of bloat, which is a life threatening condition for any animal that gets it! They took him back for imaging the minute I walked through the door. Within 10 minutes of me walking in, my dog had his X-Ray and a surgical plan...10 minutes! They texted me updates and even answers my texts in between their normal update time table. They were so caring to my pupper! I initially took him to another emergency vet, and they were taking too long for my liking and just did not seem concerned at all. I do not work with animals, but I am nurse and know when something is wrong. I got that feeling in my gut and I left and went to the Urgent Pet Care West. They are so kind and helpful and took my concerns seriously. And turns out, I was right to be worried. He had emergency surgery within the hour of me bringing him in. I am SO glad I left and came here, rather than waiting at the initial ER Vet. I paid about 4300 for emergency surgery, tacking his stomach down, labs, imaging, fluids, and all the meds. Really, that is not bad considering all they actually did for him!

I was very happy with how Urgent pet care treated my pet and the situation. Very professional and helpful Emily Buhr handled Sullivan like it was one of her own pets. Her care and empathy for him during this time was above and beyond. She made every step and decision clear and answered all questions I had. Thank you so much! What i appreciated most is how kind, empathetic, and professional Urgent pet care was. I would recommend anyone to this business as they handled a serious situation very well while ensuring I was understanding of every step and they handled it with extreme care
